The YAZ120 fully automatic cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating optics, electricity, pneumatics, and machinery. It is suitable for automatic blister packing of capsules, tablets, blister sheets with aluminum-plastic packaging, bottle-shaped, ointment, and similar items in chemical (hardware) industries. Its working process includes the transport of blister or items (adjustable for single or multiple sheets per cycle), the delivery of drug instructions (automatically folded into 1-4 sections), automatic opening and conveying of cartons, simultaneous loading of blister with folded leaflet into cartons, and completion of complex packaging processes such as automatic batch number printing and sealing of both ends with paper flaps. The machine features an all-stainless steel exterior with organic glass doors and windows for the working area, strictly redesigned in accordance with the pharmaceutical industry's "GMP" standards. The transmission system includes overload protection and an emergency stop device, while the control system employs a human-machine interface screen for intuitive operation, ensuring operator safety.
